Cancelling an order makes us very sad! However, we do understand that your circumstances may change and that you may need to cancel your order.
BUYERS REMORSE: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of the moment purchase you will be provided a 95% of the amount you paid (5% is for credit card processing fees that we have already paid once you placed your order).
CANCEL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE: In the event that you need to cancel your order and the scheduled delivery is less than 7 calendar days from the date of your cancellation request, we unfortunately can not provide a refund. Our design team orders at times balloons for you the day you placed your order or can also build orders 2-5 days in advance and your bouquet/garland may have already been completed or balloons purchased specifically for your order. You may reschedule and move your delivery date for your order with no additional fees.
CANCEL 7 DAYS OR MORE OF DELIVERY DATE: In the event that you need to cancel your order and the scheduled delivery is more than 7 calendar days from the date of your cancellation request you will be provided a partial refund of 50%.
RESCHEDULING: You may also wish to move your delivery date. We will allow delivery dates for an order to be changed up to two (2) times before final scheduled date becomes permanent. Please note that moving your delivery date does not change the original provisions of our cancellation policy. If you move your date and then decide to cancel you will not be provided a refund under any circumstance.
