Cancelling an order makes us very sad! However, we do understand that your circumstances may change and that you may need to cancel your order. If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase you will be provided a full refund of the amount you paid. Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before scheduled delivery will be provided a full refund less a 20% restocking fee.
In the event that you need to cancel your order and the scheduled delivery is less than 48 hours from the date of your cancellation request you will be provided a partial refund of 50% less a 5% restocking fee. Our design team builds orders 48-72 hours in advance and your bouquet/garland may have already been completed.
You may also wish to move your delivery date. We will allow delivery dates for an order to be changed up to two (2) times before final scheduled date becomes permanent. Please note that moving your delivery date does not change the original provisions of our cancellation policy. If you move your date and then decide to cancel you will not be provided a refund under any circumstance.
