Cancellation Policy, Terms and Conditions agreed to when purchasing and booking Lush Balloons LLC.
Cancelling an order makes us very sad! However, we do understand that your circumstances may change and that you may need to cancel your order.
BUYERS REMORSE (ONLINE/SELF-PLACED ORDERS ONLY): If you speak to a live team member on the phone this provision does not apply, all phone orders are considered final once placed. For online order if you cancel your order within 24 hours of the moment purchase you will be provided a 95% of the amount you paid (5% is for credit card processing fees that we have already paid once you placed your order). This does not apply to event orders, special/custom orders or any retainer placed on your event.
EVENT RETAINER FEES: There is no refund of event retainer fees and/or deposits. Retainers are utilized to confirm your event order for your event date and retainers are not refundable. Cancellation of your event order will forfeit your retainer fee.
DUE TO THE GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN SHORTAGE AND AVAILABILITY OF RAW MATERIALS OF BALLOONS, WE CAN NOT PROVIDE A REFUND AT THIS TIME OF ANY PAYMENTS MADE OUTSIDE OF BUYERS REMORSE CLAUSE. IN ORDER FOR US TO PROVIDE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HIGH QUALITY ARRANGEMENTS WE ARE PURCHASING IN BULK AND MONTHS IN ADVANCE. THIS POLICY APPLIES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
EVENT, DECORATION OR SPECIAL ORDERS - CANCEL WITHIN (less than) 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY/INSTALL/EVENT DATE: In the event that you need to cancel your order and the scheduled delivery is less than 30 calendar days from the date of your cancellation request, we can not provide a refund. Our design team orders at times balloons for you the day you placed your order and at times WEEKS before your event date or can also begin to build or prep for orders 2-7 days in advance and your order may have already been completed or balloons purchased specifically for your order. You may reschedule and move your delivery date for your order with no additional fees if you provide a 1 week notice to Lush Balloons in writing (via email).
EVENT, DECORATION OR SPECIAL ORDERS - CANCEL 30 DAYS OR MORE OF DELIVERY/INSTALL/EVENT DATE: In the event that you need to cancel your order and the scheduled delivery is more than 30 calendar days from the date of your cancellation request you will be provided a partial CREDIT ON FILE of 50%. Why 50%? We have processes and procedures in place to ensure we order supplies for your event and the labor to process your order. As a small business we can order the day that you place your order based on our business needs and do turn away business to accommodate your order once we are fully booked and we count on that income.
RESCHEDULING: We require 1 week (7 days) notice should you wish to move your delivery/event/installation date. We will allow delivery dates for an order to be changed up to two (2) times before final scheduled date becomes permanent. Please note that moving your delivery date does not change the original provisions of our cancellation policy. If you move your date and then decide to cancel you will not be provided a refund under any circumstance. Rescheduling can be made no more than 90 days after the original planned date as noted on your invoice. Example: Original planned delivery/installation date was January 1st, you may reschedule up to April 2nd without loss of payment. Case by case considerations can be made to accommodate requests outside these parameters.
If after requesting to postpone delivery/installation Lush Balloons is not able to secure a new date within 30 days of the request we will consider your order void and no credit or refund will be provided.
