Delivery Policy

At this time we do not ship any of our products. All of our products are delivered already assembled or can constructed on-site for larger event arrangements (we would let you know ahead of time if that was the case). When you place your order you must identify your preferred window of delivery at least three (3) business days in advance or we may be unable to guarantee delivery at the requested time, this means if you order 1-2 days before your delivery date, we do NOT guarantee the time selected but certainly do try out best. Our delivery minimum is $39. A delivery fee may apply to your order based on the zip code/city delivered, please select the correct one at checkout. Depending on the time/day ordered there could be a rush or expedited fee for orders under 48 hours advance order notice. 

DAY OF DELIVERY: We send you (the person ordering) a text message when we are on our way for delivery, please use a cell phone number for the billing address. If you or the intended recipient is unavailable/not responsive for drop-off we will attempt to reach you or the recipient by any of the following: phone call, text, email. If during the first attempt we cannot successfully deliver one of our products we will not leave the product at the door unless a written request is emailed or texted from you (weather pending). If we do not receive permission to leave the product prior to arrival we will not arrange a second attempt unless a delivery fee is paid AND we have confirmed someone will be available to receive. You may pick up during normal business hours from our warehouse in Roseville to avoid delivery fee. After 24 hours from initial failed delivery attempts we will not rearrange any future attempts and we will not issue a refund.

We reserve the right to change the delivery fee at any given point without prior consent to future orders placed on our website.
