Lush Team Member (Driver, Balloon Stylist) (2 positions available: full time (32-40 hours) and two part time (16-24 hours)

ABOUT US: Lush Balloons is a family owned and operated small business based in Roseville, CA! We are looking to hire amazing individuals to be a part of our Lush Family that helps create memories and brings joy to all living in the Greater Sacramento area! We are a very small team but very very busy and need amazing people that are detail oriented, friendly, and able to work on projects alone and also in a team environment while having a positive attitude.

Schedule is flexible except Fridays and Saturdays are a MUST (requesting time off is not an issue but you must be available for most Fridays & Saturdays). Opportunity for overtime is occasional, not everyday.

Duties & Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)

-Load and deliver and/or pick up balloons in our pink Lush Van (cargo van), you must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record. (for some positions we are not requiring you to drive if you are not comfortable, it is a plus if you can drive!)

-Inflate balloons with helium or air, create garlands/arches/bouquets. (no experience necessary, we prefer no experience) 

-Have reliable transportation to get to and from work.

-Assist owners and office manager with duties as needed (organizing inventory, prepping orders and work stations, sweeping or mopping, tables and chair set up, delivery schedule creation...etc)

-Attention to detail when taking, creating and preparing orders for delivery (A MUST!)

-Some positions are not required to deliver our orders and some are, but you may be required to ride along as an assistant onsite setting up for large events even if you do not drive.

-Able to lift up to 50 lbs at times. (Backdrop set ups/inventory boxes/sandbags...etc) Nothing we have actually weighs that, we just do at times have some things that need to be lifted.

***Working schedule times are flexible, our typical working hours are anytime between 7AM - 7PM MON-SAT (Sundays only during peak season,Saturday schedule can be as early as 6-7:30AM on some days.)***
