Positions available:

Lush Team Member (Driver, Customer Service, Admin) (2-3 positions available, part time and/or flex, 1 full-time)

ABOUT US: Lush Balloons is a family owned and operated small business based in the Natomas Crossing area! We are looking to hire an amazing individual to be apart of our Lush Family! We are looking for someone to join our team to help with administrative assistance to the owners, help answer phones/emails/text messages and create our amazing balloon creations with us! We are a very small team but very very busy and need someone to join our team that is detail oriented, multi-tasker, friendly, and able to work on projects alone and also in a team environment. We are home-based for now and you would be reporting to our home office. Schedule is flexible except Fridays and Saturdays are a MUST (requesting time off is not an issue but you must be available for Fridays & Saturdays). Schedule is flexible, opportunity for more hours is also an option based on our schedule and orders. Our home office is based in Natomas Crossing.

Duties & Responsibilities: (not limited to)

-Answer Phone Calls, Text Messages, E-mails, DM's

-Create, edit and process orders with our clients

-Assist owners and office manager with duties (organizing, inventory, prepping, delivery schedule creation...etc)

-Inflate balloons with helium, create garlands/arches/bouquets. (no experience necessary)

-Attention to detail when taking, creating and preparing orders for delivery (A MUST!)

-Content Creator across our social media platforms (not a duty, but we love creating content on our social media platform. At times we do film and post on Youtube, you MUST be ok with being in videos)

-Schedule days/times are negotiable, but Fridays/Saturdays are a MUST. Some Sundays will be required during Peak season. We support a work-life balance for our employees. Overtime is rare but can happen during peak season.

-Some positions are not required to deliver our orders and some are, but you may be required to ride along as an assistant onsite setting up for large events.

-Able to lift 50+ lbs at times. (Backdrop set ups/inventory boxes/sandbags...etc)

***Working schedule times are flexible, our business working hours are 9AM - 5PM MON-SAT (Sundays only during peak season,Saturday schedule can be as early as 7:30AM on some days.)***

When coming in contact with clients, a face-mask is required! Face-masks are not required when working in office unless you would like to. We provide hand sanitizer and have our office professionally cleaned weekly to maintain cleanliness.
